Ooty, often called the &#8220;Queen of Hill Stations,&#8221; had always been on my travel bucket list. There are two main routes you can take, but I chose the one through Mysore and Bandipur National Park, mudumalai and masinagudi . After masinagudi and the other road that has 36 hairpin bends road.  If you have a good driving skills, then take this road. This route is scenic and perfect for road trip lovers like me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-luminous-vivid-orange-background-color has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Here\u2019s how my journey unfolded:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Bangalore to Mysore:<\/strong> I started early in the morning to avoid traffic. The Bangalore-Mysore Expressway made this part of the journey smooth and fast. I stopped at a small cafe near Ramanagara for breakfast. The crispy dosas and hot coffee were just the fuel I needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mysore to Bandipur:<\/strong> After a short break in Mysore, I headed toward Bandipur National Park. This stretch was magical. Lush greenery surrounded me, and I even spotted a few deer by the roadside! It felt like nature was welcoming me.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bandipur to Ooty:<\/strong> Driving through Bandipur\u2019s forest roads was an adventure. The cool breeze and chirping birds gave me company in my ride. The last leg of the journey included winding ghats Though it was challenging to drive, but the view and occasional stops i made it through. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-luminous-vivid-orange-background-color has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"must-see-spots-along-the-way\">Must-See Spots Along the Way<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are some must-visit places I stopped at during my trip:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ramanagara<\/strong> \u2013 Known as the &#8220;Silk City,&#8221; it\u2019s famous for its rocky hills and was the shooting location for the movie <em>Sholay<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mysore Palace<\/strong> \u2013 A quick visit to this grand palace added a royal touch to my journey.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bandipur National Park<\/strong> \u2013 If you love wildlife, this is a must.
